Virtual Worlds gears up for KBB 2020

Launching at kbb2020 will be the Virtual Worlds 4D Theatre – self-service display. This latest element of the software enables customers to choose the showroom display they wish to experience.

For the first time, the customer is in control of the showroom displays, and they can choose a style which suits their taste via a new user interface and once immersed they will be free to select good, better, best product choices to experience first-hand the impact that those choices have on the overall feel of the room. Rather than losing custom due to a lack of choice, retailers can finally appeal to all of the people, all of the time and enjoy a showroom without limits.
